What is Open eLearning?

Open eLearning is SDS's public training programme. Scheduled ProVal and Sequel courses open to any SDS customer, rather than a private in-house booking. Every course is capped at 4 learners, covering Administrator and End User topics from templates and appraisals to workflow and reporting, all CPD accredited.

ProVal Administrator Courses

Learn how to create new templates and unit defaults, on-demand and capped at 4 learners for individual attention.

Who can book an Open eLearning session? Any SDS customer can book an Open eLearning session — sessions are public and run alongside other SDS customers, rather than as a private in-house booking.
How many learners are in each session? Every Open eLearning course is capped at 4 learners, to allow for individual attention.
Is Open eLearning CPD accredited? Yes. SDS Open eLearning courses are CPD accredited, alongside SDS's other training and consultancy services.
What's the difference between Administrator and End User courses? Administrator courses cover setup and configuration — templates, unit defaults, account codes, and attributes — while End User courses focus on day-to-day use, such as building appraisals, creating projects, and producing reports.
