It applies consistent assumptions across every site, removes the formula errors that come with ad hoc spreadsheets, and lets a team compare multiple scheme options on the same site without rebuilding the model each time.
Does Landval work for both new-build and existing-stock acquisitions? Yes. Landval values sites for new-build development and can also appraise the acquisition of existing stock, using the same residual valuation approach adjusted for the asset type.
Can Landval model different scheme layouts on the same site? Yes. Landval lets a team test multiple scheme layouts and unit mixes against the same site, comparing the resulting land value and viability side by side before deciding which option to pursue.
