SDS has now updated the SDS Shared Geography database to include the latest LHA rates for England, Northern Ireland, Wales, and Scotland. As these are held in our cloud database they are available to you now and there is no need to update ProVal.
Please note that if you haven’t done so already you will need to update to the latest version of ProVal (24.01.10) to get the latest Homes England Rent inflation and Rent Cap inflation. These are not held in our SDS Shared Geography database so the update is required.
