As 2025 comes to a close, we’re taking a moment to reflect on what has been one of the most transformative years in SDS’s journey. From launching new technology to strengthening our brand and reconnecting with our community, this year has positioned us for an exciting future. Here are the highlights that made 2025 truly stand out.
One of our biggest milestones was the launch of Keynect AI, SDS’s next-generataion platform designed to simplify and modernise the affordable-housing sales journey.
Built with housing associations, local authorities, and developers in mind, Keynect AI delivers:
Keynect AI represents and exciting step forward, helping teams reduce admin, improve consistency, and deliver smoother buyer experiences.
2025 was also a year of growth in our client community.
We were proud to welcome The Salvation Army, The Church of England, and other high-profile organisations into the SDS family.
Their confidence in our expertise reflects the ongoing trust that major institutions place in SDS to support development planning, sales, viability, and strategic decision-making.
We look forward to partnering further with these organisations throughout 2026.
Behind the scenes, we continued to enhance the reliability, security, and performance of our systems.
This year, we reached a major achievement:
75 customers have now trusted SDS with their AWS cloud migration, cybersecurity, and managed service support.
By shifting clients to secure, scalable AWS environments, and providing ongoing managed services, we’re helping organisations:
Their investment in cloud and security foundations remains a major priority as our customer base grows.
2025 also saw ongoing development of Lanval, one of the sector’s most relied-upon viability and appraisal tools.
We continued to expand and refine Landval through a dedicated product roadmap. This structured roadmap ensure Landval remains at the forefront of viability analysis for housing providers and developers, and there’s much more planned for 2026.
This year we brought back our webinar programme, refreshed and redesigned to deliver more value than ever.
This year we delivered sessions covering:
We’ve been delighted with the engagement and will continue expanding the series throughout 2026.
2025 also marked the start of our Customer Advisory Board, created to ensure our clients have a direct voice in shaping our roadmap, priorities, and product evaluation.
The first session delivere valuable dialogue between SDS and the organisations involved, and we are delighted to confirm the Advisory Board will continue into 2026 with expanded participation and deeper collaboration.
A modern year deserved a modern identity.
We launched a completely redesigned SDS website to give our community easier navigation, clearer product information, and a modern, accessible experience.
The new site brings together everything we offer, from consultancy to training to software, into one cohesive and intuitive platform.
To complement the website launch, we also rebranded our product logos, giving each solution a clean, contemporary identity while ensuring the full SDS suite feels unified.
Our refreshed visual style reflects the innovation happening across the organisation.
2025 saw us return to key industry events, strengthening relationships and sharing our latest developments.
A standout moment was attending UKREiiF, where we met with partners, showcased our evolving product suite, and contributed to conversations shaping the future of housing and development.
We’re excited to confirm we will return to UKREiiF in 2026, with even more innovation to share.
With new technology, a stronger brand, and deeper engagement with the sector, SDS heads into 2026 with momentum.
Next year, we’re focusing on:
Thank you to all our clients, partners, and colleagues for being part of this year’s achievements. Here’s to an even more impactful 2026.
