For many years we used our own bespoke development appraisal spreadsheets which we had written in-house and developed over time. However, two years ago we decided the time was right to purchase new appraisal software which didn’t require the expertise of one person to update it and could be relied upon to quickly reflect changes in the external operating market.

After much research we bought Landval and ProVal from SDS, which are now used by our entire development team. The packages have proved to meet all our needs and the support and training services provided by SDS have been very good. We have also recently purchased Sequel to help us manage our cash flow forecasts, which are vital to our treasury management and private finance requirements.
