What made Lovell choose SDS ProVal development appraisal software?

The need for a system to provide quick bids and fast qualification of sites was the driving force which led private developer Lovell to look at SDS ProVal. They also needed to know how much RP's could reasonably pay for S106 units and windfall sites.

Lovell was using an in house system when development manager, John Parry, arranged a demonstration of SDS ProVal in September 2011. John already knew and trusted ProVal from his previous work at Knightstone Housing Association.

Following the demo a fully supported trial which included SDS giving feedback on appraisals, was conducted by Lovell's development staff at their Bristol and Cardiff offices. System installation and staff training took place in October 2011 and Lovell now use ProVal on around ten sites per month.
