The highlights of our London User Group Meeting

SDS held their annual user group meeting in London kindly hosted by London borough of Islington council.

Our CEO Phil Shelton delivered the presentation to around 40 organisations throughout the day.

Phil emphasised our commitment to customers and how our clients are at the heart of what we do. We host various seminars and roadshows to enhance the customer experience and showcase our knowledge of the industry.

Phil told us the refreshing story of how SDS started from humble beginnings and how we have grown into a family, this year we celebrate 25 years in business. The user group went onto cover all updates and changes made to Proval and Sequel over the past year. Feature request made by customers last year had also been influential to the product roadmap. The conversation was then open to the floor and delegates had the opportunity to ask questions and submit their ideas to improve the software.

We had a quick overview of the rest of SDS's product suite and other offerings that complement our core products. We also had an introduction to SDS's newest addition to the family HomeMatch.

HomeMatch allows housing associations to pool their lists of buyers and tenants and match them against their list of properties. We wrapped up with a summary of the various consultancy services SDS offers our clients.

In summary a very successful day and an opportunity for customers to have a sneak peek into the direction of SDS as a business as well as be influential in enhancing the future products versions.
