SDS Tablet Landval has many of the features of SDS Landval scaled to use on an iPad. Like Landval for the desktop, Tablet Landval is a residual land valuation programme enabling the user to optimise dwelling mix and to produce competitive land values. Alternatively, by fixing the land value it reports the residual profit.

Schemes can be appraised quickly using minimum data, or by adding greater levels of detail a more accurate result can be provided.
